Justin is a 5th generation Floridian and has spent his life in the agricultural industry of Florida. He holds a Master’s degree from the University of Florida and a Bachelor’s from Warner Southern College.  Justin has been an agricultural appraiser since 2005 and has served the Industry in many capacities, including past President of the Board for Peace River Valley Citrus Growers Association.  Justin and his family are active members of Oak Grove Baptist Church, where he has been chairman of Trustees, Youth Director and Sunday school teacher.  Justin is also the President of Choices Family Resource Centers, a multi-County civic organization.
